Our Story: Customized Health & Wellness is the sister company to Compass Family Health LLC. Soon after Family Health opened in 2018, the practice quickly expanded to begin specializing in functional medicine while offering patients many routine and alternative treatments. When Compass founder Dr. Laura Hudson DNP, APRN, FNP-C decided to offer specialized hormone optimization treatments with the bioTE hormone optimization method, the practice grew exponentially. Because compounded pellet treatments are not often covered by insurance, Compass Hormone Health LLC, now DBA Compass Customized Health & Wellness, was created in March of 2019. With hormone optimization and nutritional supplements supporting a group of healthy and happy individuals, patients continue to ask about additional services to help them feel and look their best. As someone who loves to learn and offer comprehensive care, Dr. Laura continues to invest in medical devices, products and trainings to advance the services being offered at the clinic. It was in 2022 that Customized Health & Wellness became a location for new and exciting services that bring a little extra fun to the staff and patients at Compass.
