Aesthetics

Many of our skilled clinicians are trained in Medical Aesthetics. We offer several self-pay services that can help to improve, tone and tighten the skin on the face and body. Our professional medical devices can treat acne, reduce pigmented lesions & scaring, as well as remove surface blemishes like keratosis. We also have multiple energy-based devices that provide long-term hair removal and work to reduce fine lines and wrinkles.

Our devices utilize light, heat and electrical energy to treat minor imperfections, promote cellular turn over & healing as well as increase collagen production to improve skin tone and elasticity.

Do you want to treat your…

Electrodesication: The Skin Classic electrodessication device is used on the surface of the skin to dehydrate lesions and remove certain minor imperfections. With this device we can remove brown spots, sebaceous keratosis & hyperplasia, cherry angiomas, facial telangiectasias, treat acne, dilated pores and more. This technology is site specific and can be used anywhere on the body where rough and pigmented spots grow. This devise is NOT intended to remove moles.
Radiofrequency (RF): Compass has Radiofrequency devices from Pelleve and Luminis. RF devices use low-frequency electro-magnetic energy to supply a specific level of heat to the surface of the skin being treated. This micro-injury at the cellular level increases blood flow to the area and stimulates the tissue to increase collagen production. This non-painful treatment reduces inflammation and helps to improve the look of fine lines and wrinkles. RF heat can also be used along with Deep Muscle Stimulation (DMS) and Micro-needling to improve efficacy of those modalities. Check out more about TriLift via Luminis @ https://trilift.me
Dynamic Muscle Stimulation: Through the use of our Luminis TriLift machine, we are able to provide Dynamic Muscle Stimulation (DMS) through electrical impulses to help strengthen the muscles of the face. This treatment lifts and tones the facial muscles as it works to repair the atrophy that occurs to the muscles as we age. With multiple sessions of DMS while also receiving radiofrequency, the TriLift treatment provides non-surgical “face lift-like” results with NO down-time or pain.
Micro-needling: Micro-needling is a minimally invasive treatment where a device with very small needles or pins creates tiny punctures in the top layer of the skin, which triggers the body to create new collagen and elastin. Results can include improved texture and firmness, as well as skin resurfacing. RF micro-needling adds the element of radiofrequency energy to the traditional micro-needling procedure. In addition to the benefits seen with the micro-injury provided by the traditional microneedles, RF micro-needling also delivers RF energy deep into the dermis further enhancing skin tightening, healing and scar reduction.
Botulinum Neurotoxin Injections (Botox): OnabotulinumtoxinA can be injected into specific muscles to help achieve therapeutic and cosmetic goals. When injected beneath the skin into the muscle the use of botulinum toxin results in a reduced activation of muscles. This muscle relaxation can contribute to a natural-looking reduction in fine lines and wrinkles, or it can be used to create a more dramatic effect based on patient goals. Botox can also be used as a treatment to help reduce the overactivity of muscles which can contribute to tension headache, migraine and TMJ pain. A variety of injections into the armpits and above the lip can also be helpful with hyperhydrosis, aka excessive sweating. The effects of Botox often last between 3-6 months and do require reapplication to continue a desired effect.
