Medically Supervised Weight Loss
At Compass we provided medical weight management services including nutritional consultation, pharmaceutical weight loss, supplement counseling and in-office injectables. Each treatment plan is created with and supervised by one of our nurse practitioners.
Customized Plans
We work with each individual to discuss which options may work best to help them reach their goals. Options can be discussed during a weight management consult visit that can be scheduled as self-pay or can billed to your insurance if you are a patient at Compass Family Health.
Affordable Options
Options can be discussed during a regular problem visit (self-pay or through Compass Family Health). Multiple medications are often covered by insurance; but for those that are not, we offer affordable alternatives we can provide in-office under our self-pay fee schedule.
